Type 10... Mysterious thing?

We've had a letter in from Mrs Trellis, of North Wales. And she confirms that the Type-10 is indeed fabulous and she goes to bed with it every night.

I have had a call from a Mrs Phillipa Bucket, she had a Type 10 a few months ago, but the wheels fell off!

There used to be; and still is, a software company that sold database software. Every single even number release had major stability and performance problems. The standing joke was to only upgrade or purchase odd number releases... does this apply here also?
