Yup, nice build. You should be able to run away from any NPC pretty safely with that!

Only thing I'd change is ditched the docking computer and replace with a HRP that's Thermal Resistant engineered with reflective plating experimental.
C1 HRP Thermal Res goes very nicely with heavy duty reactive armour.

You are absolutely correct (I'd forgotten that detail during long hiatus).

Type 8 has been my lazy (ok drunk) ship of late, but one should possibly prioritise efficiency over pouring another glass (or not, as mood dictates).
