Unique behaviours we can expect in JWE?

Title.

We can see in the T-rex video that they are a pack. They walk around. They communicate.

We can expect many of the herbivores to do these things possible, but what other UNIQUE behaviours could we expect?

For example. Majungasaurus is a carnivorous theropod that was confirmed to have eaten other Majungasauruses. Can we expect if we let 2 loose in a enclosure, that they will try to kill eachother to have the territory to themselves?

Any other unique behaviours that could possibly show up?

I don't think it's wise to put two female T-Rexes together based on a small part of the video.
That part was probably to show us the aging differences between the two T-Rexes.

Expected behaviors in the game for the herbivores herding maybe even foraging and communicating,
For the raptors and Deinonychus (maybe also the Dilophosaurus): pack hunting, communicating
The bigger carnivores: aggressive and territorial, meaning that they will not tolerate any other dinosaur in their enclosure unless maybe it's one of their own species that is submissive after a fight.

Edit: I forgot the ambush behavior that will be on most carnivores unless they are solely scavengers.

Well in the velociraptor I'd love to have a behavior where they patrol the fences, almost probing for weaknesses. Or if you have 2 paddock separated by one fence, it would be cool to see 2 interacting from each side.

I may be repeating myself but can I talk about unique behaviors that I wish to see instead?

T-Rex, or larger predators

- Ambushing through hiding in trees, behind obstacles(building), landscape (lower valley), waiting for the right moment to burst out and grab a prey as in JP.
- Territorial behavior such as simply roaring/chasing off invaders.
- Strategically choosing a habitat that suit them the most - such as Dr. Grant suggested - the larger predators are usually at the center of the island. Obviously, Spino will be around the coast then.

Smaller Herbivores

- Evading predators in herd with uniform changes of direction (uniform Zig-Zag/S shapes) with the fastest and most experienced leading the route.

Raptors

- Coordinated, strategic hunting by herding/luring enemies into a strategic kill zone (enclosed space - such as middle of forest, valleys, buildings), surrounding them and attacking them finally in all possible directions.
- Communicating and learning from each other. For instance, a set loose and recaptured Raptor may tell what she learnt about the environment to her mates.
- Attentive to the environment. Well aware of its surrounding - knowing which areas are usually filled with guests; which part of the fences are more vulnerable to be broken down due to weather/wear and tear conditions; observing and planning a strategy both before and after the event of the breakout. Perhaps, they may purposely chase a jeep and burst out when the gate opens. (something like the I-Rex) or ramping (long jumping) out the fences through higher ground.
- Has an alpha leader - to which she will do the hardest job as she's the most capable.

Larger Herbivores (personal speculation only)

- The strongest and most experienced in the outer rim of the herd, protecting the weaker. Fencing off invaders with square-off fighting. Preferably, I would like to see multiple herbivores attempt to roaring/scaring off invaders before dwelling into fights.
- Group fighting by surrounding the enemy, circling them while waiting for the right chance to blow a strike just like the Stegosaurus in JP2.

I know this is certainly too much of an expectation but I'll be floored if this happens the first day of release. Otherwise, I still hope that Frontier would reach that level somedays through continuous updates. [rolleyes]

My wishes is are:

# battles between dinosaurs can give deadly wounds and dinosaurs can die of infection or bleeding out a while after the battle even if they came out winning from the combat... would be a cool effect IMO

# Herd Hierarchy with alpha males and ejected animals for example

# Advanced pack hunting for raptor or others with diverse hunting strategies depending on environment

I know it wont happend, but just imagine you´ve got a pack of Troodon JP:TG style in your park, that hunt like komodo dragons

1. One toxic bite, 2. Back off, 3. Waiting for the death of the prey that become second for second more sick, 4. then dinner time!

That would be cool!

Could be implemented as a part of the pack hunting style ordeal. Special for Troodon though.

Something else that made me wonder is what unique things will I-rex and I-raptor have, on the behaviour front.
