Hey Commanders,
For some reason when I turn in Cartographic information it isn't working. Just doesn't seem to do the normal thing and doesn't go away as it used to. After leaving the the Cartographic tab and reenter tab it doesn't show the information I turned in any more but I never got the cash for turning it in.
Can someone help me out or maybe tell me what's going on, is this a rather new glitch (less than a several weeks ago) seemed to work fine until Dev's did something with an update or whatever went wrong.
Thanks for any feedback or advice.

Can anyone tell me how long it is expected to take from selling your cartographic data at a station, to the System Map being updated with your tags (e.g. "discovered by...").

I sold my data 20 minutes ago and have left the game, gone to the menu, closed the game, rebooted the game etc. I have the credits, the data is gone, but I am not seeing my name on the earthlikes (etc) I discovered.

Maybe the system I was looking at is too close, it may be right on the edge of 20ly. I'll try and sell at an FC or station that is further away (not easy this far out).

I don't know what the cause might be in your case, but I have sold system data for the system I'm actually in with the FC (so, 0 LY away) and it's worked fine.

Wouldn't that simply define whether you could sell the carto-data at all? I believe that the systems within 20Ly would remain on your list and would remain unsold.

Yeah, true. Weird glitch perhaps. I've gone 7 jumps away and sold all data I had left to date, anyway. Glad to get shot of it!
