Unspecified refunds?

Maybe some people have increased refunds due to escaped animals, but that's definitely not my case. I have not escaped animals warnings. My refunds are just based on the unhappiness of guests because they wish they had stayed longer to see X animal. And it's not related to the trade centre because I have tried getting it empty, no animals now, but they keep saying the same and the refunds (in the Unhappiness category) are above 100k per year

On my "Vegas" inspired zoo, I did catch my camels scaling the "Luxor" pyramid I built - which never happened before. Ironically, that zoo is making a fortune.

My other zoo just has unhappy guests. I think it might be hot weather related (but plenty drinks available). I also have Komodo Dragons, but they're in storage - a lot of guests DO indicate that they came to see them, so that could be it as well. If stored animals DO cause unhappiness like this (unfulfilled expectations), it should definitely be documented and warned to the player.

Some of the "unspecified refunds" are likely guests who were leaving before the update, so after a certain amount of time they should disappear (when they've left the park).

I tried closing the zoo and reopening it once it was empty but nope, after some time almost all the guests start going home and asking for refunds with the excuse of not having seen animals that are fine in their enclosures... Anyway, this kind of issue is not classified as "Unspecified" refund, but as "Unhappy"

I will never understand why and how someone came up with the miserable idea to implement such a crap into the game.
It makes zero sense.
If a guest is unsatisfied, he/she shouldn't donate at the boxes or don't spend money on the shops, nothing more, nothing less.
This is an unnecessary complex system in a game that is already unable to handle half its ambitions in complexity.

I loaded most of my older, existing zoos today for the first time since the patch to do a little maintenance on each them and they all showed some "unspecified" refunds when I first loaded them. It seems that any refunds from prior to this patch get that as their classification and only new refunds which occur after get the better classification.

So for anyone having this, make sure to allow time to pass for a bit before you freak out about it. New refunds all got a better, more informative classification going forward once time had rolled, at least for me.

I've paid attention to visitors leaving my zoo and I actually see a lot who have the message "I wish I could have stayed longer" to see animal x, y or z. In all cases they are animals I do have, but I think the visitors just ran out of time in their stay and never got to them. I've had NO refunds for this though, the visitors have left happy despite that thought being in their thoughts queue and they haven't requested refunds.

My zoo is currently running at average guest happiness of 90% and averages only ~$390.00 per year in refunds, all under the category of unhappy with visit.
since they are saying:"I wish I could have stayed longer", maybe they are working on hotels, and there is a bug so that the thought of the visitors does like they "expect" that you should have a hotel in a zoo with that amount of guest. I dont know, but this is what i am thinking. But this is pretty anoying with the refunds!!
