In Australia can't connect to server!!!!!!!!

Hi Michael,

could you please confirm if the Docking Computer (DC) glitches are going to be fixed in a minor release or a major release and if so, is it currently on the fix radar?

I know most players don't use the Docking Computer, but I find it usful time to plan my next jump/hop etc (plus getting a cup of tea).

Currently, the DC crashes as it drops onto the landing pad in larger space stations.

Also the issue of the docking computer dropping off if a hostile ship appears on the scanner no matter where they are, even inside the space station. I can be just lowering onto a pad and a ship appears out side and it says i'm under attack and drops off. No issue with it dropping off if I'm being fired on but not every hostile shoots.

Same error occurred when setting up my brothers account. Had to do with DirectX, not ED

Do you have the single player combat training installed? A friend of mine had this same error until he uninstalled the single player combat training.

There's a known issue with AI belonging to another player's session interdicting a player and then not appearing once pulled out of supercruise - this is fixed in 1.1.

You mean an interdiction is being interdicted...? Could we have something like this in the game by design?

There was I wondering that an alien influence (AI ;-)) might be getting increasingly involved in space the humans are unintentionally violating, and playing with us to determine our capabilities prior to an invasion?

Perhaps I should vacate "Coke Stop" as soon as possible?

Hell, it would be nice if we merited an unscheduled hour-plus downtime being mentioned on the webpage supposedly there to tell us about unexpected outages and such.

We never have and we never will, not with EA, not with Ubi, certainly not with Blizzard. This is why having a "solo" mode that requires a net connection is totally and utterly unacceptable until the availability and stability of servers can be guaranteed. We're over a month from release now, breaking servers with a minor update is little league stuff.
