Senior Community Manager : Elite Dangerous
Greetings Commanders.
From all of us, thank you as always for your continued feedback throughout your time and efforts within the Galaxy of Elite Dangerous.
One of the reasons we're so grateful for your thoughts, is because it allows us as teams across the board to help better your experience in a multitude of ways, one of which being the provision of interim updates in response to 'Quality of Life' improvements in game.
With that in mind, we're happy to announce a forthcoming update for you in the form of 15.02, landing next week, Monday June 5th.
Release Schedule.
The update will be taking place on Monday June 5th.Server downtime for Elite Dangerous Live/4.0 servers only will take place from 08:00AM BST until approximately 11:00AM BST, when they will return back online with the update deployed and available to you.
Additional Information.
On the morning of the deployment, at the stroke of downtime (or as near too as possible), the update notes for 15.02 will be made available to you (it's quite sizeable for a 'point' update!).The usual "locked thread progress tracking" will take place in a separate post for you, until the update is available, when the thread will then be open for discussion.
