does it? SF is a completly diffrent genre to ED:O imo. both have there merits on gameplay/style. i like SF and ED has two separted enterity games.sF has a lot of base exploring and planetry data to grab minerals that are constant there, which in turn ED
doesn't you have to run around ED:O for hours on ended to get 3 bits of minerals.
ED:O excells it self in ship builds and galaxies data .where SF is just a bit small on galaxies or planetry data / and the ships look ok, but you not actually take off in them (cut scene).
only thing i don't like about SF is that the constant Loading before you can do anything.doesn;t matter if you got a ssd,hdd it just not 2024 these days of large drives/memory and gFX cards, instead they treated like it still the 1982 computers. where you need to load the next section.
