I was playing until the 40 minute warning came up, travelling the very empty bit between our arm and the south arm ( Orio- Persid gap? ) and luckily honked an unclaimed system with about 8 worlds including a Water world. I scanned the first and touched down there on some weird blue coloured rocks where I will no doubt wait until later in the week.
Who knows, I might log back in to discover I'm surrounded by vents?

Because of my work routine, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my weekends, so I have a load of ironing to do, as well as the end of week paperwork. Then I shall see what else I can do until I can trigger the upgrade, and then start reading "Les Miserables", which I should complete before the download does.

Now that all the house stuff is done for the day, I'll be passing the time with some Civilization 6. The hours will just fly by! Only trouble is being able to turn that off to go play Elite once the servers come back up.
I am looking forward to getting back into bounty hunting, something I haven't done in a good long while. My plan is to outfit a nice and safe Cutter for my new crewmate to sit in while I have all the fun in the GU97. [up]

While swapping from my Cutter to my Cruiser, I found what appears to be the remnants of a barnacle site after a CG event.

Looking if i have still no sound at my new rig with 2.2 (support is already out of ideas and hope for 'magic wonderful fix' today with 2.2

If it works.....GAMING!!!!!!

If it doesn't work......further investigating and experimentations on my rig until i go crazy

I like that we can buy a fancy new debug cam, and even have 3 choices so we can choose it's appearance.
Straight after it's installed on my drive, I'll buy one and do a short 50KLY test drive of the Taipan one.

I voted work. "Work" is what passes for me sitting at my home-office desk, actioning IT stuff and answering emails and vaguely going through a new CRM I've built with my programming assistant and hoping to launch it in the coming week.
The reality is I'm trying to work out how the hell I'm going to get enough time in my life to play BF1 (now downloading - why? Because it's a blast and completely different to E: D, although I do wonder if I can get the HOTAS to work with the BF flying, now that would be cool), continue my CMDR's career in The Guardians, walk our new and energetic hound twice a day, take the family out on weekends and still do enough at work to keep everything tickety-boo, and my erstwhile colleagues happy with me.
