Outfitting when Wanted should only be possible at Anarchies. Otherwise what are Anarchies for?

There will be no Punishment left soon in the new C&P. Just constant flip-flopping because the player base seems incapable of learning.

It's a pain in the bhutt to keep up with it to the point where I am resistant to even bother. I hope they come up with a good solution sooner or later. Haven't done anything naughty in over six months because the changes scare and confuse me. And repulse. But I'm sure they'll end up good like with engineering.

Thank you.

Thank you Frontier, thank you for all the hard work and time you put into this game. Thank you for allowing me to play a game i've waited for 30 years. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, i'm extremely grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to play this, at long last. I don't take it for granted and it means the world to me, to be a Commander in Elite. Thank you for Elite Dangerous. Thank you Dr Braben.

Is it really that scarey to have 1 ship that you will do all your illegal stuff in?

I have a Python to do all my "naughty" stuff in i think it suits the part very well :p

I have Python for crime as well. Fully engineered and the only Outfitting it needs is taking the fuel scoop off for an extra cargo bay. Best pirate ship.

Also have a crime Courier just to annoy the everliving hell out of Cmdr's. It goes 810 m/s with a mild combat fit.

All my other ships stay on the right side of the law.

I don't often take the time to visit the forum and even less post something, so I just wanted to grab this opportunity to say thank you for the great work you're doing, FrontierDev people!

Is there a scheduled date for the Quality of life updates at all?????????

We haven't reached a consensus of what the terms Quality and Life mean yet, but some progress has been made the number of definitions for each term is now less than twice the number of players who own Elite Dangerous. However it seams that just looking at forum users there are around 5 times more definitions than users.

Stealth Nerfs

  • Dav's Hope now requires you to provide materials to replenish the base because so many have been taken. This should eliminate the connection issues resulting from re-logging.
  • Anaconda will now be fitted with a class 4 FSD.
  • Donation missions have been modified to require purchase of store items before issuing a follow-on mission.
  • Hutton Orbital has been moved 0.003 ls closer to the system star in response to complaints that it is too far to travel.

Why are there police in an anarchy system in the first place. It's the definition........... Anarchy=a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority.

ED uses the term Anarchy as a political philosophy, the other definition is more like the lawless areas. I can't recall if there are any systems that are inhabited and truly lawless, that would be fun. I think that would require systems with small pirate bases, no system/security authority and no political factions. I can imagine the best places for these would be on planets.

Well of course the answer is no, but I haven't even been in the bubble after 3.0 other than two days before heading out. So I am more talking about longer term. As a casual (at best) PvP:er I haven't been able to bother to keep up with all the changes and how much trouble am I going to get in under these and those circumstances for it. Personally feel it as a loss, but something I can live with. I just wait for some sense and stability to it so it would be sensible for me to learn the ropes again and get back into it. I have never suffered from PvP so it would have prevented me from playing under any patch, but now I myself no longer initiate it. So many changes which for a large part seem redundant to me personally, as well as sometimes having an inverted effect to what was intended.

Will,

Great list of fixes - but I have a question.

"
Delivery Wing mission payouts have been increased and the cargo requirement decreased
"

Does this address the Magic Money Multiplier effect that these Wing Missions were having? What I mean is, if one takes on and completes a Wing Mission Solo - they get the advertised payment. If they bring a friend(s) in as wing however, each wing member gets paid the advertised amount. To me, this seems to be unacceptably penalizing the Individual Player as they are putting in 100% of the work, but only getting paid 25% of the actual rewards.

Please advise

That's by design, oddly enough. I'm hoping they change it someday too, but for now this is how Frontier wants it be work.
