What ever that is, it wasn't added as an generally obtainable in game asset for the public in patch 9.01.

Alas photo is not faked my friend.. multiple videos of it appearing and doing weird things just like the Mamba Lite before it.. Not even gonna bother drawing attention to it this time as Frontier seem like they are in a bit of a pickle already and can't even fix a single critical bug that they introduced well over 5 weeks ago. They are in a sorry, sorry state.
