Updated Information regarding AMD RX 6000 series driver updates.

Okay, I see the last AMD drivers for non-VR works. I can see the landable sites are working, but when I switch back to VR, that's a big no. Why does this change? I have the same 6900 XT GPU. Even write-protecting the GPU work file, the game STILL gens up some new planet tech data.

If I could tell the game NOT to do this somehow, everything would be fine. It doesn't see VR as the same animal (DP or USB C). Nothing has changed. I'll see about making another support ticket about the matter.

I'm having the exact same issues on my Radeon 6950XT using 22.11.12 drivers...This games is not the same in pancake mode...I would love a fix for VR please

Is this fully working in ED now? This is NOT a beta. This is WHQL recommended driver status.

I am asking.

Are the crashes resolved still?
Are the blue tint problems gone?
Is the VR as it should be on the driver’s part?
Oh in that case the answer is no...VR is not working as I mentioned in my original post.
I'm also getting the odd shadow flicker on planet surfaces too when on flat screen mode

I've found a sort of work around if you are using VR. What I do is fly around in VR for everything and if i need to land on a planet I then approach it and switch off 3D in the settings and use the monitor to fly down to the surface. Once i've exited the glide I pop up the settings and turn the 3D back onto my HMD and then the planet surface is all rendered and usable...I wish I didn't have to faff around like this but until either Fdev or AMD sort it out then this is my go to workaround
