Upgrading Odyssey (Steam) to Deluxe Alpha

Hello everyone. I purchased Odyssey in Steam. I was wondering if I can upgrade my regular Odyssey version to the Deluxe so I can access the Alpha.

So far I haven't found any information anywhere about it. Somebody told me to contact Frontier support, but when I go to the support page there is no option to open a ticket, just a labyrinth of info without any possibility of opening a chat, send a ticket or an email.

I hope you guys can help or maybe Frontier will read this and let me know how to do the upgrade (if possible).

It isn't "Open a Ticket" any more - you have to select "submit a request" from somewhere near the bottom of one of the FAQ pages.

I hate this new support system - some people say they prefer it - I think those are just trolling me.

Not sure why you need to contact Support - just go to steam, cancel one pre-order, make the other.
