Sorry to be a pain, but I'm still waiting for access to the Private Backers Forum, and wondered if there was a problem?

I logged into the rewards site a couple of days ago and entered my forum username, but I've just checked, and it still hasn't been accepted.

The person responsible for this is away at the moment, it will be sorted wjhen he gets back next week.

Question on the Send Gift section.

I inputted name and email and chose pledge level, but left Npc and commander name blank.

I realised i messed up email address of friend by putting .com instead of .co.uk, but i changed that and pressed update again. Friend is yet to receive email though and am worried he hasnt gotten the gift or that i have forgotten to do something else.

Do I have to input the commander name etc before it is sent? Or does he receive an email and can login and do that himself?

I don't think the gift stuff has been sent out yet, it's best to check with edbackers@frontier.co.uk.

Thanks I shall do that too, the gift in this case is not physical, just confirmation that they will receive digital copy of game/novel and so that they can up their pledge level from there.
