Discussion VA stopped working with Elite

I'm not sure if this is the right place but here goes...

2 days ago Elite stopped responding to commands through VA. VA can hear me and recognises my commands, just ED doesn't do them. Asking about the system works fine and most other stuff, just my custom commands have stopped working. I've tried re doing my custom commands and they still don't work. Everything is up to date (EDDI and VA), I don't use any HCS or other packs, just EDDI with VA

Make sure VA has the correct executable as a target. By default it tries to guess but may get it wrong.
If that's set right already, try redirecting to a text file and check what it's sending.
Finally check the ED keybind haven't checked out and gone AWOL

I have all you suggested
I seemed to have fixed it. I just set VA and ED to run as admin and they work. It may have been after the ED launcher updated it defaulted, or maybe not but its working now
