Velociraptor vs Spinosaurus, Raptor may be able to win?

In a video showed a Spinosaurus fighting with a Velociraptor, will the Raptor be able to win a big carnivore?
Well since as we saw a Ceratosaurus can easily kill a Rex I would not be surprised if a Raptor is able to kill a large carnivore .... This would make sense if there are several Raptors against a big carnivore, but it is 1 vs 1, does it make any sense? At least, that the great carnivore have very little life before another battle with a small carnivore

With the genetic tinkering you can do you could maybe buff up a raptor to have a shot against the bigger carnivores in the game.

I believe that in a future update the Raptors and Deinonychus will be able to climb great targets and attack them from behind.

Still I believe it will take a LOT of tinkering to get a raptor to take out a large carnivore, in a 1 on 1 fight.

Now a pack of raptors working together - might be a different story, entirely.
