I need help! My velociraptors do not stop escaping, I have put them in a level 1 electrified enclosure and they continue to escape, then I put double enclosure and they continue to escape, what can I do?

Did you check their comfort levels? If you have them in an enclosure that fulfills their needs, they will not escape. Unless there's a storm that lowers their comfort.

Ok I think I do, I deletes the trees and I put water to they zone

They need food and water, but also the right amount of grassland, forest and population.

They need food and water, but they also need the correct environment around them (grassland, forest, etc), and population. Velociraptors are highly social creatures and you need at least 2 in an enclosure for them to be comfortable and not try to break out. Good luck!
