Video Capture Programs?

Can I ask please what paid or free software you use for video capture? I'd rather not spend any money if there is a half decent open source program available? I have Adobe Creative Cloud so the production is no problem with Premiere Pro. It's just the capturing I need to take care of........ Unless of course somebody knows how to capture using Premiere Pro or what Creative Cloud program will capture?

yes obs, though steams built in capture and clip option doesn't seem that bad since last year. You can even turn it on, that it is always capturing your last two hours.
