I think OP was out of range of the station defenses, by staying against the structure. The corvette fired back possibly hitting the station. Just more griefing and posturing because of it, then trying to salt mine on the forums. I guess the salt didn't come as expected in the game.

No, it looks like Hercules baited the 'vette into firing on the station. In anarchy systems, you can violate the no-fire zone without angering the station. But I could be wrong.

As a fellow Corvette pilot I'm guessing the destroyed pilot is a so rich off grinding that they are not bothered that some forum epeen conned a station kill assist. World keeps turning.

No even sure the targeting makes a difference. Lawless = no crime, so both players were potential targets and offenders. Suspect the Corv' hit the station when shooting back. No doubt Hercules can explain his understanding of the game mechanics he is referring to.

As to the usual griefing claims, the attack seems legit. Anarchy system and Corvette' emerges with hard-points deployed, so what's not to shoot. I suppose the "ambush" tactic doesn't look good, but not really breaking any rules. Maybe the proposed Karma system will tighten up things around stations, who knows.

Slow Corvette is slow... also he turns to engage - should be hightailing it out of range of station.
FDL using station for cover actually demonstrates a good tactic for anyone being shot at around a station - his flying is a bit shonky though, a fast small pvp ship - sidy , eagle, ieagle, courier would have him for dinner in round there.
