I would like to be able to interact with the visitors as we could in JPOG.
Another detail that would be good to be in the game is that when it starts to rain or there is a storm that visitors use umbrellas (can be done unlocking it in the research center if you want)

Or added in the gift shop perhaps. After you post them for sale people are seen with them.. I like this idea, seeing them walk around with the merch.
