Visually show that a module is discounted

When trying to reduce rebuy cost for a ship, a player might want to check the discounts applied to their modules, so that they can replace them with better discounted ones.

What I do now is look for how much i can sell a module for, which means I have to calculate the discount. A discount tag would make it easier.

I know players with billions wouldn't really care about this, but I think it might be useful to newer players, especially for high cost modules like armor.

I get the feeling the PVP and AX pros can get quite concerned with rebuys.
Hence some of them were really disappointed when the Stellar Python Mk2 was sold with a non-meta build, so it was not exactly a zero rebuy ship after getting outfitted to a meta build.

So yea, adding this visual mark for discounted modules may be useful for more than new players 😇
