Horizons Voice attack and panels

Today I've run the game and saying left panel, right panel or look ahead didn't worked again. What's going on here??
When I've said test panel, it did work. It displayed left panel as it should. But why the @%^%££££%^*%^£ what was working yesterday don't work today?? As I've said, I haven't changed anything.

Edit: as before, when VA is on, binded keys doesn't work.

Have you got the correct VA profile loaded? Have to say that it's bound to be user error.

As has been suggested I think you'ld better ask questions about voicepacks like Orion on the forum of HCSvoicepacks (http://forum.hcsvoicepacks.com/) but I have one suggestion.
I think it's best you install the Orion pack again (this time choose Orion Full-house if you want to include constellations and such).
Then for starters only change the keys that are pressed in the command in the Keybindings category to the one that you use in Elite. So if in Elite you use "1" to show the left panel there's no need to change it in the Orion-profile because it's already set to "1" in the ((Left Panel)) command. You said you had to change a lot of commands in Orion because they were "disabled" but the only thing that's disabled is the voice command. The command itself will work fine. Almost all commands in the voicepack between double brackets like ((Left panel)) seem to be disabled but, like I said, they're not so no need to change them, apart from the Keybindings when you want to assign another key. In that case only change the key and leave the "When i say"-box unchecked. The commands between the double brackets are supposed to be called from other voice activated commands.
If you want to open the left panel first search the command list for the voice command to open it (not commands with (voice disabled) . In this case you will find "Left Panel;Left screen;Left monitor" and saying one of those three should open the left panel. You'll also see the command "((Left panel)) (voice disabled)" which is a keybinding command and is not supposed to have the "When i say"-box checked but this is the command called from "Left Panel;Left screen;Left monitor" and shouldn't be changed unless you want to use another key.
In an earlier thread you had problems with the galaxy map so to solve that problem again after re-importing Orion the only thing you need to change is the key pressed in ((Galaxy map)) (in the keybindings category) to 6 and don't change anything else in that command. Now when you say Show galaxy map VA calls the ((Galaxy map)) you just changed and presses the 6 which should now show the map.

I did everything as instruction dl with voice pack said to do, so yes. I believe so. http://s20.postimg.org/ys4slrdyh/2016_05_02_15_54_34_Voice_Attack.jpg

This issue doesn't seem to have anything directly to do with the voice pack. If pressing '1' brings up the left panel in ED, and you have a voice command that generates '1' then it should work every time. Reset the binding for bringing up the left panel in ED by speaking the command and see what happens.

DO NOT MAKE NEW COMMANDS, NO NEED FOR THAT.

Command "Left panel", keybind 1 looks like on image below.
That is how it looks when it is broken.
To repair it, double click on "UNABLE TO EXECUTE COMMAND..." line and confirm that command is broken. When you see execute command window find ((left panel)) and confirm selection.
Do same thing for second line with "UNABLE TO EXECUTE COMMAND..."
Confirm changes, and not it works.

It is just on VoiceAttack or HCS people to see why this happened on first place.

Do same for right panel, with setting ((right panel)) instead of broken command.
If you do not know what is missing, make new profile, load default voice pack, then check how command should look like and repair it in yours, probably edited, voice profile.

If you posted this problem somewhere else, share solution so others can enjoy VA and HCS voice packs.
