Discussion Voiceattack not working on a brand new Windows 11 system

Hi,

I am usiing VoiceAttack always since years but on my new Windows 11 system, the tool does not understand anything. The bar of voice attack is empty if I speek sometghing into my functioning mic..
The new Windows 11 cloud based speech recognition (started by Windows key + H) works very well.

But Voice Attack as well as the old speech recognition tool of Windows 10, also the speech recognition training tools of Windows 10 are not working.
I speek in my mic but nothing seems to be recognized (like in Voiceattack)

All drivers are up to date.

Does anyone else has this issue and found a work around?

Sounds to me like VA seems to think you have another Mic that is selected. If you go in to VA settings and have a look at what it thinks is your mic and change it. Just a thought.

Same problem in Win 10. All settings look fine, butmic input doesn't seem to be recognised. I've tried multipe microphones.
