This jet-powered airbike seems to be real. It's created by a Polish inventor. It goes 200 kph (124 mph), 7 times lighter than a motorcycle and requires gasoline. He also created the Jetson ONE (all-electric VTOL aircraft).

The inventor also made the Jetson ONE so I think it's real. The airbike is probably very loud which may be the reason for no audio yet. The jet propulsion engine appears to damage the ground underneath. So maybe it's too unsafe for urban use.
