YOU are not the only one suggesting stuff. Don't act like you have more privileges than others....
I don't mind if there would be a vote.
The main problem is people making there own expectations that might not be realistic, even if you tell them nothing or as little as possible.
I like a surprise every now and then, so not knowing what is coming untill announcements are made is fine for me as well.
Although a new update with some hard needed (bug) fixes is certainly needed. But I have trust!
I agree some bug fixes are needed. But unlike you, I have not much trust left. The longer I wait for them, the smaller the chance is. So I have very low expectations.
Partially, I think this is community's fault, as there usually is not noise about what is needed. It usually is like 'I agree, but let's wait what they are working on' Community doesn't urge some important things enough, but that might be just my opinion.
