Over the last week or two I have probably read 75% of all the threads out there on the issue of stutter/ jumping. It is noticeable especially around planetary bodies but also at stations and to a lesser degree in the black. I'm unsure if the symptom has a different root cause depending on the individual as there are a lot of suggested "fixes" none of which are confirmed to work.
