VR keyboard solution

On consoles, to input text, a window pops up and you scroll around and pick your letters. Stick that in the PC version, and while in VR, I can enter text that way.

Yes. We really need a solution for entering text while in VR. Although there are a few device-specific solutions (i.e., Vive, Oculus and WMR) there's nothing built-in in ED to assist commanders in entering text in virtual reality that are worth a damn - and this is definitely something lacking in the game. PLEASE, please consider adding some kind of VR method for entering text.

+1, VR is awesome, but having to keep taking your headset on/off is not. While you are at it could you make an agreement with Virtual Desktop and put that in the game too as so much of Elite require web-site access (its ok for Rift users, but SteamVR users example HTC Vive cant run 2 VR programs at the same time).

I think new primax headsets had a bolt on module which can detect your hands in front of you, pls pls give us in game keyboard, there is one in cockpit near your leg, let's us it.

And allow us to touch bottoms in game

They do called leap motion, Fdev would need to build something in game to use it etc
