VR - Quest 3, v76+, Connectivity

Meta forced an update to v76 firmware (and Android 14) that seems to have destroyed network connectivity.

Reports on Meta forums of an internet bandwidth cap while used as a standalone device
and using Meta Link via cable, I have been forced to use a USB2.0 port, along with a USB-C to USB-A adaptor, to get anything approaching communication at all.

5Gb/s, to <350Mb/s... sighs

This is after a complete removal & reinstallation of Oculus/Meta/Facebook software on the PC and several Factory resets of the headset
Not sure if that's enough to game in VR, but I'll give it a go after I've had a gander at the Panther.

I don't connect via Meta Link so can't comment on this potential issue.
But I have no problems connecting to the headset with WiFi and Virtual Desktop to access the game.

I use a (dedicated to headset only) 5GHz WiFi connection and get 120Mbps.
I set the headset frame rate to 90 fps

My wifi is a tangle of administered routers and servers on top of the domestic broadband. I can get 350Mbps @ 120fps on USB2.0 and as bad as that is in comparison to "Super Speed" USB-C 3.x, it's better than the alternatives.
