Vulture hardpoints question

I've always run dual large gimballed beams ( extended range, with thermal vent ). Before Horizons/Engineers the Vulture was really good by itself, now you'll have to engineer the PP to support, and the PD as well. Then the shields and SB's. Toss in dirty drives 3 ( 5 isn't needed ), and you should be good to roll.

Power is the only thing seriously wrong with a Vulture. Once you fix that, just about any large weapon will work.
 
Twin efficient burst lasers work pretty well. For all medium and large ships, always target the enemy's power plant to speed up the kill.
