as far as i am aware they still do if the account is in good standing
but big problems may occur with ruskie or it's alies payments etc(so confirm accepted receipt of completed paypal transaction) else it is probably refused for a reason
(don't mention the war fattalatee flowers:rolleyes:)
the servers may also after a confirmed transaction completion take a while to cotton on to the fact of bought assets too so a relog is required after say 2 hours should be more than enough time for it to circulate to server instance providers........

They didn't offer PayPal as an option when I bought Arx a few weeks ago. All 3 of my Frontier accounts are definitely in good standing. The PayPal option might be a regional thing (I'm in the US), or it might just be site buggienss (imagine that lol).
