I'm not rich enough to do that, I have to plan my game purchases very carefully so I just want to be 100% sure before I buy.

tbh I'm reading things that no PS4 footage has been shown and very little info on it when its release is under 2 weeks ago, so it makes me very concerned and I hold off on pre-ordering until I know more.

If I hadn't already forked over my cash, I'd be making the same wise choice as you (I don't need a gold Sidewinder). I'm glad I held off on things like the HOTAS.
