WANTED Tags on Gal & Sys Maps

Now that WANTED status is local to systems (previously I think was Major Faction wide - so wanted in one Fed system, wanted in all), I think we need an easier way to remember which system we're wanted in.

I suggest we add another marker to the Gal and Sys Maps to denote WANTED, given we have a number of markers on both Galaxy and System Maps already (e.g. stored ships, missions), this should be possible (i.e. if the markers are dynamic enough to track mission status it could track legal status?).

Right now it seems the only way to know if I'm wanted in a system is in the Sys-Map when hovering over individual station icons. I 'earned' WANTED (for seven days) last night in a system with eight stations, and today only by hovering my cursor over each station did I find one controlled by the controlling local faction and it then displayed my red WANTED text status, but that status should apply across the entire system for space controlled by that minor faction, not simply at or near the specific station.

As a side comment, as I don't intend to be WANTED routinely (yesterday's was earned doing a "kill authority" mission), I could imagine regular pirates filling their Transactions tab/screen with long lists. Might it be better to roll it all up under a single "Legal Status" entry in Transactions that can be opened to reveal the detailed list of infractions, fines and bounties. Or move it across to the right hand HUD panel.
