well the warning message is no longer on the landing screen of the game client, so I'd assume so.

Verification would be appreciated, however, if official verification has been offered.

Patch notes state: - Fixed Commanders allowed to equip multiple fuel scoops, fighter bays, refineries and shield generators by retrieving a module from storage
