Wasted Money On Steam

I just wasted money for the game on steam...and it doesn't work. I open the game, but it runs so...sloggily...if that makes sense. It jerks and freezes and jerks and freezes. The game is unplayable. I've turned all the graphics sliders to low....but it still is choppy. I don't know what else to do. I normally play on PS4 Pro, but I wanted to see what the pc version was like, because you can use all styles, jurassic park, jurassic world, and DFW, all at the same time where on PS4, you can only use one style at a time.

Except for Sims 4 never starting, all the other games I have work fine.

@Spottedfeather I play this game on Steam and there is no problem with the game running. It is possible that your computer is not compatible for the game.

No problem here as well. As soon as I saw your post, I checked if my PC would handle the game well, and had no problem running it. If it doesn't work for you, you should refund it, @Spottedfeather . It's your right to do so in case of issues like that. In the past, I've refunded LOTS of games due to them being unplayable, I even refunded GTA V for the same reason.

You probably need a much stronger hard drive for your PC in order for the game to work because if it's not up to date then you're going to have a problem.

Unfortunately, the game is very heavy on processing power. You need a fairly decent PC to run it nicely. Try turning down the graphics resolution and other graphics settings. You can normally get it to play if you turn them down far enough.
