Morning,
I am a rookie myself, with gaps inbetween playtime. Just managed to get my first engineer to apply some stuff, it has been a grind for me, then last night I found this:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjgBlzLxsgbVuHfZPe0AeIg
I had planned to watch a film with my Lady, well, it became a long series of films, even she enjoyed watching them, and she ain't a pilot...yet! ....
This chap's videos are highly instructive, no talk, just text, but very entertaining at the same time, and bloody Hell, he leaves me with the desire to master his ships as he does. It is simply stunning. There are many good videos out there, but all in all, and to my taste, this is the best I have seen so far, (Others recommendations highly welcomed here!) and it will be very hard to beat.
Each video is like a little story running for the better part of 25 minutes or so, and there is a wealth of information included.
Thanks to the creator of the videos, it is a treat watching you!
Best
