we need a change on weather + guest behaviour

i think we realy need to see some changes made to the weather feature. and im not talking about the missing winter and stuff like that. more related to how guests behave with rain. ive never been to a park in orlando where heavy rain comes down and people roam the park like normal. most people tend to look for cover and stay waiting it those covered places for the rain to stop or get less intense. ive also never seen huge lines of people flocking the dryers after rain in europa park, just to name another example. guests should use dryers to dry off after a ride on a water coaster (which they dont even get wet on those rides, this needs to be changed too).
my suggestions is that we see a change where guests stay in covered areas atleast in heavy rain (or maybe walk from cover to cover) and that dryers get used mostly by guests exiting water rides (make them get wet when riding those).

the way it currently is done is just not realy fun in my opinion. its nice to have these weather effects, but i find myself most of time just locking it to sunny because i dont wanna deal with 10k guests flocking my 2 dryers at one water coaster. oh and they get realy realy angry also

100%. It feels obvious to me the weather aspect was rushed and they ran out of time to do anything with it.

The sunburn mechanic is good and adds a bit more management which is great. There could have suncream stations (just like hand sanitizing stations in Planet Zoo) that people can use along paths.

People should run for shelter in rain if they don't have an umbrella (shelter is already a mechanic in the game so the fact it isn't used for rain feels unfinished, and if it IS used for rain currently then it isn't noticeable enough and should be dialed up? I don't feel any differences in guests or management when it rains currently). Coaster queues should go way down in rain. Indoor ride queues should hike.

Guests get "wet" "uncomfortable" status when stuck out in rain, which is great, but what's the consequence? There doesn't seem to be one? Perhaps they should all go home if they can't find shelter or an umbrella fast enough, so we feel consequence from our bad planning and our parks empty and stop making money.

Planet Zoo also has a temperature system with heating and aircon, and guests are uncomfortable if they're too hot and cold. This should be in the game too... it's already in the sister game... Let us need to put aircon in buildings to keep people happy in hot biomes like in Planet Zoo...

Everything just seems like a rushed missed opportunity, especially when these systems are already in Planet Zoo.

Hoping for a weather overhaul soon.

People should get thirsty quicker in hot weather aswell, it'd be great if they'd allow us to put vending machines / food / drink stalls in the queue lines.

But yes, the rain makes little to no difference to things at the moment, it'd be nice if they could buy ponchos to wear.

Yes, no, maybe....

While i do agree, that we need more focus on the weather, i dont think it is the right time.

With Update 4 they announced a pricing overhaul. With that and the guest overhaul from 3, we should get somewhat of a 'new economy', things probably need be adjusted down the line, but i think then we have a more stable but way smaller size of income.

So then we need to look what is 'good management', how much can a rainy day ruin your game?

Long story short: i hope the next economic fixes should be directed at playerinfluenced intangiables, (running costs, staff management, etc) and then move on to the non influenceable stuff, like weather and so on.

So all in all yes, but other things first :)
