Wealth statistics

Is there any kind of aggregate data for commander wealth?

Seems odd that there wouldn't be what with all these third party services that accumulate commander data and all the statistics available for other bits of data.

Edit: in game wealth. I don't care what y'all do for a living.

Unfortunately the forum isn't a very representative sample.

Im sitting only slightly higher than you, by about 250m.

But I suspect a lot of us forum dwellers are the kinds of informed nerds to know how to make coin.

A number of things can be discerned from this information.

Just because you don't consider it useful doesn't make it so.
As for whether or not it's meaningless, let me know how many times you can rebuy that engineered combat Corvette without it.

Credits some of the players have is mind-boggling sometimes.
I remember someone posting here on forums a screenshot showing his NPC pilot earned over 10billions. Think about that for a while.

There's some kind of Cmdr rating on Inara and although it's not about wealth (scoring doesn't take credits into account), some of the highest ranked pilots have around 30-40 billion cash.
I have almost 5 billion, not including assets, and I'm not even trying - although I play every day.

Scoring doesn't take ONLY credits into account, but i'm pretty sure credits are quite an important part of the score
