A system name / planet/moon designation coordinates would help.
Otherwise, I doubt anyone would be able to substantiate this claim at all.

My friend was driving around on one of the planets in the Eravate system, when he stumbled upon some sort of cave in the ground. While inside it the gravity became very strong, so strong he couldn't use the boost on his SRV to jump. He saw something that looked like Thargoids with red faces, walking around in the cave without spacesuits or any sort of life support system. They saw him, but they didn't shoot at him. They were making weird noises too, like "somebody hurling while doing tongue clicks." When he left the cave to refuel his rover, the cave disappeared and he couldn't find it again. It's probably not related, but Bluford Orbital was shut down when he arrived there to make some hull repairs. I wasn't there to see any of this, so I can't authenticate that any of this actually happened. Does anybody know what he might have saw?

Hahahaha, is your friend Spanish or South American? If so, you should know that the hispanic equivalent to April's Fools, "El día de los inocentes", is celebrated the 28th of December
