Weird things going on in Liabeze?

I am currently at the core of the Empire, specifically in Liabeze. Things got weird there.
First of all, there are two factions with the same name ("Patron's principles") at Luylka Beacon.
Also, I accepted two assassination missions at the same station. I came back after completing one of the two contracts. And I realized I got both missions completed, for killing one target instead of two! I checked, the targets had different names.

I am not loosing anything here (actually I made credits faster) but that was rather odd :)

Just log a bug, seems pretty clear; they may fix it, but probably it's already covered by the (hopefully) rewritten mission engine coming out in PowerPlay release.
