Not on non-atmospheric bodies in my experience (I use an RX 6800).
I came back to ED today after a long break and couldn't work out what was wrong. All my landable planets showed up like this pic.
I reset my graphics, checked game files and finally uninstalled, deleted the folder and reinstalled. Still no good.
I was searching for things like planetary rendering, texture cache and getting nowhere.
Finally gave up and was just checking through the forums and found this thread. Downloaded the older 22.5.1 drivers and everything now works!

To celebrate, I finally ordered my Virpil Constellation ALPHA Prime flightstick and base to go with my Virpil Mongoose T-50 throttle.
I reset my graphics, checked game files and finally uninstalled, deleted the folder and reinstalled. Still no good.
