Well done FDev!

I don't know... Something worthwhile to do other than trading? Mining that isn't tedious, and making you wander around like a blind idiot. Bounty hunting that's profitable. Exploration that's more than just looking at a sky box and scanning the same stuff over and over again. Information on modules so I am not guessing WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DO like some sort of idiot. I mean what the heck does A^ blue mean over A v red? What does four bars of dps mean over 4 bars of dps on another weapon? What percentage is one ring of shield? Simple information which WE ARE STILL LACKING!!! Not even a sorting system that places modules in categories. No... We have to wait three months for system hopefully. I could go on and on, but you probably get the picture.

dude thats in the manual and other community guides.
but you dont even know what you want so i cant really give you any credit for your negative outlook on this game.
this game is HUGE not just the map that you can visit but i have been playing since beta and STILL i see new planets. like the other day i saw a earth like planet except it was a swamp planet!! the whole thing was a swamp!!
once all the expansion come like planetary landings, ship interiors, station interiors...more stations...this game will be so much to take in.

my question is what do you want? and not in a aggressive way.
but whats missing?

1. Balance to the career paths so each is as interesting and rewarding as the others - the rewards don't have to be necessarily all financial but it helps.

2. Scaling so that as your character and their ship progresses so do the things you can do.

3. Many, many more missions, mission types for each career that scale with progression.

4. A working believable market with more items for sale that are worth trading in.

5. A working believable background simulation with more things that can happen with the corporations.

6. More varied space, where an anarchy is more dangerous than a democracy.

7. The ships we were promised.

8. Many more weapons, modules and so on.

I like ED, I think it's a great start and the 1.1 update was a welcome set of bug fixes but very little content. But pretending it has enough content is to stick one's head in the sand to the extreme.
