When I drive passageers, do they have to be on the same Target or how you guys gonna do this? I mean I read the Guide to Search 2 Single-Station Systems and then just jump between them, but don't Pasageers have a Target where they want to go?

For maximum return select missions with the same target but this is not always possible (unless you mode switch). Also with passengers you can only take one mission per cabin regardless of the number of seats free in that cabin.
