What are some themes you'd like in the future?

Here are mine:

1. Asian

This of course is a real broad idea but this adds lots of peace and color to parks. If you want an intense Himalayan theme, or an imperial Korean/Japanese/Chinese palace to add royalty to your park. It's a real peaceful theme that I'd want.

2. Alpine

We all want this theme, it's like the most obvious one that rings into people's heads when they hear of rct3, it's everywhere, and it's so pretty!

3. Fantasy

The one we ALL want, you could have a Disney castle, or your own castle, you could make a forest like in Efteling, or a Hogwarts Castle, and even a Diagon Alley-like main street like in Universal. There's a lot you could do and it really adds lots of mystery to your park.

4. African

I want this theme because I just find this so fascinating, it's seen in the black mamba at Phantasialand, it's used everywhere throughout Animal Kingdom too. This would also be real amazing if there was a Wild-like expansion (or update) to the game that adds zoos.


Do you guys have any ideas of what themes you feel like you'd really die for in planet coaster?

It's been a long workday, so I apologize if I mention a theme we already have, or one that will be coming with an update.

1. Science Fiction- Sleek, chrome "Tomorrowland" look. Or (hard to decide between the two) a more Jules Verne, steampunk Scifi look.

2. Western- Old fashioned western buildings with wooden sidewalks & saloon doors. Mine shaft ride & some of my other favorites from RCT3.

I really like your ideas, especially the Fantasy theme. Being able to have my own castle in my park would be awesome.

I'll do them in idea that 3 expension are coming and that western, Fantasy, Sci fi,Spooky, Pirate is confirmed,

Vanilla

  • Old american style. See mainstreet or hollywood boulvard.
  • Alpine,Swiss Chalet. Work well with western,
  • Adventure. Work well with pirate. Element inspired by Jungle hut, desert city and prehistoric

Waterpark
  • Atlantis. Work Well with pirate,
  • Broadwalk and beach house. Work well with old american style.
Zoo
  • Savanah and grotto
  • Asian
  • Tibet/africa collourful and pattern building mixed.

As you, I want to see a lot of themes in the future (Jurassic, Space, Asian, Fantasy...)

It will be cool to have an Egyptian theme and a Videogames theme too!

Dont forget the Horror Theme :) It was very nice in RCT 3 and imagine the possibilities now ! Wuahahahahahaha !! Like Roallercoasters with undead wagons, a vampire castle themed entrance, a horror house, and more :)

To narrow it down to a reasonable scope, the themes I'd really like to see are
Pirate (already done), Western, Medieval/fantasy, and space.

i would love to see Roman, Horror, Medieval, ancient egypt, Aztec/mayan, Norse mythology/vikings, french renaissance/baroque and something crazy fantasy forest as in giant trees to put rides in between and around, entire park build up high between trees.
