What are your top three most used ships?

Share your top three (or more) most used ships and what you use them for! Don't list your favorite ships, or a dream ship that you want, list the ships that you pilot the most. I'm just curious as to what people do with their ships that they spend the most of their time in. Are you a combat pilot? A miner? A sleezy pirate? A trader? A distinguished explorer? What do you do with your ships? Please share your builds with everyone, I know I'm interested!

1. Diamondback Explorer. I never really liked the ship, it's just so small, and the fuel scoop is so little. My build is stripped down completely for jump (My Diamondback Current Build). It's just an annoying little ship but I find that I spend most of my time in it. I guess I really do love this ship (I hate saying it!). I use it to survey stars around the bubble mostly, and to get me to interesting places where I want to take another ship. I don't do missions in it at all, I guess I really do use it for exploring, but just in the bubble. And that brings me to my second most used ship...

2. Imperial Cutter. Ever since I bought this ship, I just can't seem to stay away from it that long. I just realized I spend a lot of time in this ship. I can pretty much go anywhere in the bubble safely and beat the baddie (NPC) pirates too. I mostly use it as an armed trader and it is set up to beat up any pirate that dares to steal my cargo. (Cutter build, I will remove collector limpets, fuel scoop, and guardian fsd booster at times when I need more cargo). I do love this ship, the cockpit is beautiful. I wanted to get a new paint job, but I honestly love the white paint on it. Plus it sounds great and it's FAST! Now onto my third most used ship.

3. Python. I also wanted to hate this ship, but I have developed a certain fondness for it (Python build, just one of the many variations I use). It just seems to do everything I want to do well. I also have it set up as an armed trader and just use it in places I can't really take the Cutter. I use it for trading mostly, but then I also use it for mining as well as passenger missions. This ship really does do it all and it turns out, I love it too.

notable runner ups:
Mamba, an NPC combat zone beast
Phantom, general mission runner, does pretty much everything well too
Fer de Lance, it's set up for PVP, but not really spending as much time in it as I should
Vulture, it's set up for bounty hunting and I will spend time in it, but not nearly as much as my top three ships.
Anaconda, it's pretty much collecting dust, but if I go exploring, this is the ship I take, so this could end up as my most used ship in the future.
Asp Explorer. I really love this ship, but don't spend as much time in it as I should. It's also set up for deep space exploring, but I haven't gone out and done much of that lately. I think the last place I took it was the Guardian sites and a few crystal shard sites. I miss my AspX, love this ship!

FDL for pirate hunting
Anaconda for mining/trading
Krait II for xeno hunting (although I've just bought an Alliance Challenger that I'm trying out for the same purpose).
I wish I spent more time doing xeno, would love to see that build! Interested in the Challenger build for sure!

It changes but lately I've been saving for a FC so it's been:

Cutter for laser mining
Orca for singular passenger missions and transport between activities
Python for bulk passenger missions

Since carriers were introduced commodity trading for the BGS has just become about managing the damage oversupply does rather than subtle tweaks to keep the NPC population happy, so I haul in a cutter because it carries the most.

Wars I used to use an FDL a lot (I enjoy flying it) but nowadays I generally only use a Chieftain because it has a better jump range to get around all the RESs & CZs I need to get vouchers from.

But my mainstay, the ship I spend more time in than any other is a Python, it can do it all :)

For exploration data I try to fly different ships just for variety, but quite often I'll just use the Chieftain for that too now.

I mostly fly a corvette, It's kitted out to carry up to 54 first class passengers, has some heavy shielding, and a few guns - just to make sure they
arrive safely. Of course that means I can also do a few of the less dangerous assassination missions when there are no passengers to be
had.

If there's no passengers, and no kill missions, I might break out the cutter for a cargo run.

Third ship would be the krait I'm planning on kitting out for exploration at some point.

Edited first paragraph for clarity.

Krait Mk II - Murderhoboat
FDL - Sweatlord PVPing
Anaconda - PVE grinding snoozecruise

Of the three, my frag Krait is by far and away my most used. I hope to get more time in the FDL and less in the Conda (I freaking hate the Conda, it's such a bore to fly)

54 first class cabins? I guess I don't do too many passenger missions outside of Ceos. Where are you finding missions for that? Sounds like an awesome Corvette!

Mostly BGS related...
Db scout- Short range scout/explorer.
iCourier- CZ's, scout for local problem areas.
Python- Workhorse for most things, had a variety of modules scattered about.
Asp explorer- long range explorer.

Never really liked the bigger ships.

My Bubble Account (all PvE)
#1 Python - Pretty much my main ship, use if for most everything
#2 Cutter - When I want to deliver a lots and lots of stuff to places with large pads in as few trips as possible.
#3 Krait MKII (with NPC pilot) - Primarily combat oriented missions

My Exploration Account:
#1 Imperial Clipper - exploration.
(There is no #2 or #3, lol. Haven't flown another ship on that account in 2 years...)
