Well looks like its fixed ! i can play again. The issues was my driver for my 5g Ethernet port updated and it messed it up some how. I switched it to the normal low speed port and working good.

I did notice when looking at the galaxy map the 3rd box with you select a system is sitting there spinning like its trying to load.

Have you tried talking to FDev support?
The last time I had problems connecting to the transaction servers, they walked me through the setup and got me connected. They are really helpful.
