What contracts will you pick?

I would go the science route but balance it out with security to match the dinosaurs in my park. The entertainment guy likes hybrids which is a letdown for me ^^ but I can't ignore him completely.

Seeing everyone's reasoning and perspectives have encouraged me to try out the entertainment branch as well and possibly the security. So overall a balance is needed to keep everyone happy is probably the key to being successful.

Science of course ! I want to learn everything about ancient DNA, how to fill the DNA gaps and get better faithfull creatures !
I'm sure this will force myself to develop a better security, so I suppose i'll do the Security in second choice.
And what about entertainment ? I don't care about those fat rich people paying for my dinos, let's see if a breach in the Dilophosaur paddock will entertain them as much as me :D

Personally, it will be the Science division for me. I want to do well enough to get a hybrid and to have amazing dinosaurs who do break out, so that I can recapture them.

I believe early on in the game there will be a lot of missions that are similar or go hand in hand with other departments. But if I am to understand anything from what I have read or watched, as you progress with contracts and missions eventually missions will conflict with other divisions directly. Affecting your reputation/relationship with them further. For some reason I remember hearing that you can't really have a well balanced reputation with them all? I may be wrong.

I heard Science is mostly focused on existing Dinosaurs and not hybrids. I believe entertainment is focused on hybrids.

I was planning to lean heavily towards science. But after finding out there will be game stuff tied to the divisions that can be unlocked I will probably try and balance out all three. I would like to get everything the game has to offer. If its not possible then I hope our progress with one division will carry over in a new game. Cause I would like to experience everything the three divisions has to offer as far as in game items and story.

Personally I think that I will focus on entertainment or science. The entertainment seems to be about making dinosaurs that will make people want to see. Science seems to focus on gathering more DNA for a dinosaur and make them more pure. Im not to worried over security so its not a main focus. So I will choose one of those to follow.

All three - seems you need money to build and maintain the park, so I need entertainment. Obviously I want all the dinosaurs, so science. And I want to try and keep them under control, so security. Also going to be interesting to see how Jeff goldblum fits in, as he thinks they're all crazy :)

I really love Jeff Goldblum in this game, I think he will be responsible for quite a few laughs :)

All of them, probably. As the progression through the game seems to be quite linear, I think I will play it multiple times from start to finish, rather than dwelling on finished parks, trying to improve them.

So I'm probably going to try every contract route once, then try to balance all three of them together and see which way works the best for me. :)

A balanced (if possible) distribution of chosen contracts is what I will try for too.

A steady income (attractions), good fences and dinos. Whats the point of having high-sec and dinos if you cant afford it?

Well being a completionist and wanting to see and experience everything I guess I will have to play all 3 some how and work really hard to max all three divisions out as I can in one play through.

Security first. I think that’s how you can acquire the nastiest of the bunch.
In fact I believe the Entertainment division is the one you want for nasty dinosaurs. If I remember correctly from one of the gameplay video's it was said that the bigger, better, scarier dinosaurs provide entertainment, which is why they might come from the entertainment division.

What I do recall correctly though for one is that through the entertainment division you get to breed different skinned dinosaurs from the same species. So that might be a part of the genome alterations.

I think I will have to play it twice. First will be to get the purest, more "real" dinosaurs possible, so Science all the way.

But then I want to go Big and Bad. Security for the carnivores with a whole bunch of Entertainment modifications and hybrids. I have a wonderfully bad feeling about this.
