If I'm honest with you guys, I only realized it was there about a year after I began playing. IMO it should be in the main menu next to the tutorials (which I did complete).
Damn dude. I'm sue that at some point you will ask someone a question that you missed in the manual. Be a on some other forum.
Oh good catch there! I was just about to post that I've had a flip through the manual and didn't see those symbols explained at all. Naturally they're in the errata at the end, that's clearly the first place I should have looked.
I'd also note that the pictured legend appears to be the only documentation we have about the status bar icons. I sure am glad to have this detailed explanation of what is meant by "sensor disruption" vs "target interference" for example.
I don't see such a link in my launcher.

To the OP, ignore the rudeness. A Google search usually gives you the answer you're looking for. If you go about it like you did on this post, you open yourself to the type of response some here seem to enjoy. Why do they do this? I don't have a clue.

THe info OP is lookin for is buried deep in one of the annexes regarding a certain update - that is page 172 on xbox and 173 on pc
Instead of having a manual that is tailored at the current version of the game, they add bits and bricks as addendum to the manual... I guess the term is half-baked, right?

Possibly the answers are brief because this question comes up every few days. Personally I tend to try and tell people that there are search engines available, but sorry, I was asleep. Here ya go

Absolutely. But if answering somebody’s, especially a newcomer’s, question causes people so much stress and anxiety, why do they bother to reply. They could simply ignore it and allow somebody who doesn’t mind answering such questions to give a helpful answer. Seems to me they need to go find themselves a “safe space” where the stresses of being forced to answer somebody’s question won’t infiltrate.
Also bear in mind; they could have done a Google search, and the search brought them to this forum.
