Cossaks Only Dance Elegantly

This is S7, an official representative of Code
So who are the unofficial representatives? Are all members not equal? Are only certain people allowed to speak?
Does Code honor the black flag of parley from trading ships? If not why, and if so how do you manage it?
The very point of parley is that the trader ship is prey. Parley isn't a truce, it's a request for conference. So instead of the obligatory text and subsequent action, a ship that requested parley would get time to discuss their options, how to do what's being requested of them, etc...For traders, we do not. Since we consider traders our prey.
For player groups and bounty hunters that cross us, we do depending on the situation.

If you don't have time for that then you're not really role playing. Also I find it very odd that two space games so similar have a "Code" group who have similar play styles, yet aren't related. I don't know if that would hold up in court tbh.
Code rep here - Here is the one and only correct answer
It means nothing; it doens't stand for anything. The group was created on its own, named after the Pirate's Code, not the EvE C.O.D.E. despite everyone thinking it is.
When we partnered with another multi-gaming community/group to share their TS3 server, they on accident thought we were a sect of the EvE C.O.D.E., and stylized it as such. For a time we decided to just roll with it; why not.
Eventually we settled it would be "Cash on Demand Expected" or "Cargo on Demand Expected"
However, after doing this, we got more and more and more accusations that we're just the EvE C.O.D.E. ripping off their name and that we're going to go suicide gank people in stations in sidewinders full of explosives or some .
So, we changed back to being just "The Code. No fancy capitalizations, no periods or abbreviations.
As is the way of things, though; people were dead set on insisting that we were the EvE C.O.D.E., and still call us that or capitalize everything calling it CODE.
