What does the blue symbol mean besides some of the planets on the below screenshot?

and a blue circle with upward spikes indicates some sort of installation or settlement.

It looks like a little blue Asp, but yeah landables.

Not really, the Asp doesnt have that landing gear formation. It looks more like a Sidey or a Cobra
Just my opinion of course
