What "extra" animals would you like, that you think could be made from "reskins" or old rigs?

Probably most of them still would require slight model edits but I'd say:
  • Any of the two african rhinos.
  • Any leopard species (hopefully Amur)
  • Cougar
  • Rhea or Emu
  • Green Peafowl
  • Przewalski's Horse
  • Grevy's Zebra
  • Malayan Tapir
  • Red River Hog
  • Perentie
  • Caribbean or Chilean flamingo
  • Coyote
  • Arabian or Scimitar Oryx
  • Blue Wildebeest
  • Black and white Ruffed Lemur
  • African Spurred Tortoise
  • Nile Crocodile
  • Tufted Capuchin
  • Guanaco

True I wasn't sure of that line between reskin and just similar species

Don't worry, there's no real consensus on that point. The line I always try to draw is based on in-game animals.

Bengal/Siberian tiger, Grizzly/Himalayan brown bear, timber/Arcitc wolf - but the Indian elephant and African elephant wouldn't be, because the models are so different.

Gotcha I'll take that approach from here on out! Makes more sense for the "clone" or reskin definition

Of course that is just my own thoughts on the subject. Not everyone thinks so - a lot of people would consider the Malayan tapir, white rhinoceros, or Malayan sun bear as clones of existing animals, but in my opinion if we're going that far we might as well also consider the jaguar as a clone of the lion or tiger, if you get my meaning.

I would say that possibly the most accurate way to determine whether an animal is a reskin from other is taking the genus taxonomical level as reference. Animals from different genus shouldn't be considered reskins, in my opinion. Even some species in the same genus could need major adjustments in that regard.

The jaguar muddies that up as well. Panthera onca, Panther tigris, Panthera leo...all pretty different.
